I saw potential in the Bidadari Master Plan, which promised a lush, green township with excellent connectivity and amenities like the Woodleigh Mall and the upcoming integrated transport hub. I believed in the upside of this emerging area, and Park Colonial stood out with its strategic location and quality development. My decision paid off when property values soared as the master plan unfolded.
